FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Grace Agenda is almost here and we’re so excited to have you join us! PLEASE READ TO KNOW IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THIS YEAR’S GRACE AGENDA.
What are the dates?
August 8-9th. Please note that this IS a different weekend than what we’ve done in the past, and it is not at the same time as NSA Convocation.
Where will the Grace Agenda be held?
Grace Agenda will be at the University of Idaho’s ICCU Arena! What you should know about this new venue is that it is 1. BIGGER! 2. More rules 😔 3. Opening up a lot of new opportunities for Grace Agenda!
Where can I park?
A full parking map can be found here. The best parking location would be the lots that are framed in red, but if you can’t find parking there, any lots that are blue on the map will be okay to park in.
Can I bring in my purse or bag?
No. The ICCU Arena has a strict Clear Bag Policy that can be found here. Please follow the rules to make everyone’s life easier 😀 Ziplock bags are a great option to carry your items in.
Can I carry?
At the ICCU Arena, there will be metal detectors and security and you will not be allowed to conceal or open carry. Also, please leave all knives at home or in the car.
Can I bring in a diaper bag?
Yes. Your bag will need to be checked each time you enter the facility, and it will be marked with a tag.
Can I bring in a waterbottle?
Unfortunately, no. All water bottles need to be left at home or in your car. You CAN bring in an EMPTY plastic water bottle and use the drinking fountains to fill it once in the arena. There will also be an option to buy a waterbottle at the concessions.
Can I bring in food?
No. Along with the rest of the clear bag policy rules, food will not be allowed in the arena. Please plan accordingly and eat before you arrive. ONE EXCEPTION: Baby food is welcome.
Ooo concessions?
Yes! We will have a limited concession stand open. They will sell water bottles, coffee, and candy in case you need a little sugar pick-me-up.
Are the seminars at the same location as the Main Conference?
No! See addresses below:
Men’s Seminar - Christ Church Hall (820 Dominion Way, Moscow, ID 83843 *GOOGLE MAPS works better than Apple Maps)
Women’s Seminar - Church of the Nazarene (1400 E 7th St, Moscow, ID 83843)
Teen Seminar - Nuart Theater (516 S Main St, Moscow, ID 83843)
Business Makers Summit - NSA North Campus (112 N Main, Moscow, ID 83843)
Will my child be offered transportation after the TEEN SEMINAR to the picnic lunch?
No. If you signed your teen up for the Teen Seminar, YOU are responsible for picking them up or making a plan for them to get to the picnic lunch. We are in no way responsible for your child once the seminar has ended. Our team will have people at the Nuart to supervise your child until they are picked up, but they will not drive, walk, or give your child a piggy back ride to lunch. Please be respectful of the volunteers and pick your child up in a timely manner.
Can I come to the picnic lunch even if I didn’t sign up for it?
Of course! We just ask that if you didn’t sign up for lunch, you wait until it looks like the lines have slowed down and that there may be left overs. Even if you don’t want the left over provided lunch, you are still welcome to come join and meet others attending the conference!
Can I transfer my tickets at this point?
Nope! If you want someone to take your ticket, they can do so AT registration. We are no longer able to make any ticket transfers at this time.
I didn’t sign up for a seminar but now I want to go. Am I able to?
You are welcome to walk in and see if there might be space! Just know that if you are not registered for a seminar, your nametag and swag bag will not be at the seminar location. You will need to go to registration at the Main Conference to get yours.
My friend didn’t get to sign up before registration was closed. Can they still come?
Yes! We should have plenty of room for walkins.
If I am a walk in, will I get a swag bag?
No, unless there are left overs! We usually have plenty, so make sure to ask registration on Day 2 if there are any left!
Where can I stay?
Check out these lodging options. At this point, hotel blocks have ended, but you should still be able to book rooms. Keep in mind that there are other events happening that weekend with both University of Idaho and Washington State University, so hotel rates will be a tad bit higher.
What is the full schedule?
